WE’RE HIRING: Technical Support Engineer at bPlugins!
At bPlugins, we build high-quality WordPress plugins used by thousands of websites worldwide. We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to help our users troubleshoot issues, debug code, and optimize their sites.
If you love problem-solving, know WordPress inside out, and write fluent English - we’d love to have you on board!
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1-3 years in tech support, web development, or WP troubleshooting.

Tech Skills: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, WordPress APIs/Hooks, and browser dev tools.

Communication: Excellent written English with strong empathy and technical clarity.

Bonus Points: Experience supporting commercial WP plugins or custom theme/plugin development.

Salary: BDT 20,000 – 35,000 / month (based on experience) + yearly performance review
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide fast, friendly help via live chat and support tickets.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose WordPress, WooCommerce, and theme/plugin conflicts.
- Code Debugging: Identify bugs and offer fixes using PHP, JS, CSS, and HTML.
- Collaboration: Replicate complex issues and work with developers to push fixes.
