Working days: 5 days (Sunday to Thursday)
Work Hours: 9AM - 6PM Dhaka time. (*With lunch, refreshment & prayer breaks). Client calls can happen any time of the day till 11 pm. In that case, you can adjust those hours from office hours. In total, you just work 9hrs including breaks.
Work Setup: Fast computer, (Mac preferred), fast internet, good headphone, microphone and a quiet remote workspace.

Responsibilities
- You will work to understand how a business operates, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, plan scalable workflows, and implement the right solution using tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com, AI, and no-code or low-code automation platforms.
- Planning and problem-solving are the most important parts of this role. The tools are used to implement the solution, but the real value comes from understanding the client’s problem and designing a system that solves it effectively.
- Client Facing:
- Join sales or project calls with client as a project lead and understand their pain points, operations, challenges, goals, and existing workflows
- Make sure all client communication is smooth and proactive
- Team Lead:
- Once the pain points are identified, sit with the team and plan and design practical, scalable systems before starting implementation
- Ensure the solutions the team members are making, solves real problems, easy to adopt, and human centric
- Ensure the team members are proactive, efficient and maintain team culture and best practices
- Work on multiple projects at the same time and get them delivered with highest level of perfection
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, process gaps, and automation opportunities within the company
- Individual Contributor:
- Build central command center with ClickUp, Notion, or Monday for clients
- Create automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, AI tools, and APIs.
- Build AI chatbots, agents, and vibe-coded mini applications where appropriate.
- Test, document, and improve systems based on client and team feedback.
- Work on a few projects solo and deliver that.
Requirements
- Problem Solver & Systems Thinker: Able to understand business problems deeply, identify their root causes, and design practical, scalable systems using the tools available. This is the most important skill required for the role.
- Manage pressure: can work under pressure, tight deadlines when need to be
- Client management: can manage client calls, negotiate professionally, and ensure smooth communication.
- Leading a team: can lead a team, make positive experiences for employees, resolve issues and keep them motivated.
- Self starter: Can start with minimum guidance and can juggle multiple projects without losing context.
- Design Sense: Good eye for UI/UX and design in general.
- Creative & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using modern software, AI, and automation tools to implement well-planned solutions. Knowing many tools is less important than knowing how and when to use the right one.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Precision in work, smart time management, and consistent in meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Able to explain technology in a convincing manner. Have a clear, confident spoken English.
- Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Combination of technical skills with business acumen is perfect match for this role.
