Full Stack Engineer
Job Description
Liberate Labs is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join our remote, engaging & fast-paced engineering team.
We are looking for someone with strong full-stack development experience who can build production-grade features across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, integrations, and deployment workflows.
The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of professional experience, strong TypeScript skills, experience with modern JavaScript stacks such as Node.js, React, Next.js/Vite, Express/Nest, and the ability to work across different tools, frameworks, cloud platforms, and existing codebases.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar coding agents will be a strong plus.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, solves complex problems independently, communicates clearly, and wants to grow fast by working on real production software for high-growth US-based startups.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features from zero to production.
- Work across the TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystem, including Node.js, React, Vite/Next.js, Express/Nest, and similar technologies.
- Build clean backend APIs, responsive frontends, database schemas, and end-to-end production-ready integrations.
- Work with Relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and similar systems. Additionally, experience with RAG & Vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, pgvector, etc. is nice to have.
- Understand and improve existing codebases, including legacy systems and mixed technology stacks.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, monitoring, and release workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and coding agents to improve speed, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Review AI-generated code carefully for correctness, security, maintainability, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to turn requirements into working software.
- Debug complex issues independently and communicate blockers clearly.
- Ideally 2–3 years of professional full-stack development experience in startup environments.

- 60,000–120,000 BDT/month (related to experience + interview performance)
