Previous HubSpot experience is not required. We are looking for someone with a solid programming foundation, basic backend knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine willingness to learn.
You will receive hands-on training and mentorship to learn HubSpot CRM, APIs, automation, integrations, and development tools, then apply those skills to real international client projects.

โข Learn HubSpot development through training, mentorship, and real projects
โข Work with HubSpot APIs, workflows, automation, and CRM customisation
โข Build integrations and CRM solutions with guidance from senior developers
โข Use JavaScript to develop CRM-connected solutions
โข Troubleshoot issues and develop independent problem-solving skills
โข Write clean, tested, and maintainable code
โข Follow Git, testing, documentation, and deployment practices
โข Gradually take ownership of more complex tasks
Responsibilities

โข Good understanding of programming fundamentals
โข Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

โข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
โข Curiosity and willingness to learn
โข Clear communication and ability to take feedback
