Job Description
Well IT & Consultancy Ltd (ISO 27001:2022 certified) is building a dedicated IT Monitoring team for a US-based healthcare client, and we're looking for experienced NOC professionals to lead each shift.
Shift lead experience is a strong plus
𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time, on-site in Dhaka, 12-month project with potential extension 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: within 7 to 15 days

Responsibilities

2 to 4 years in NOC, IT operations or infrastructure support (ISP, telecom or data centre background ideal)

Hands-on Windows Server and/or Linux experience

Incident management and escalation know-how

Very good written and spoken English

Comfortable with rotational 12-hour shifts aligned with US Pacific Time, including weekends and US public holidays (mostly daytime in Dhaka)
