Built LLM integration in WP User Frontend Pro, weDocs and WP Project Manager, and rebuilt the WP ERP HRM admin from Vue to React on a new erp/v2 REST API. Built two Laravel SaaS products from scratch: Sellbuddy, a multi-tenant commerce platform, and FlyForms, a form builder. Published FlyHR to WordPress.org on my own. Own release engineering for the plugin line: cut 47 of the last 129 releases and built the GitHub Actions pipelines that ship them.

Own the AI layer across the weDevs product line: WP User Frontend's AI Form Builder, which generates post and registration forms from natural language behind a multi-provider abstraction spanning OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, with model selection, temperature control, API-key masking and connection testing; plus AI project and subtask generators in WP Project Manager, AI summaries and vision-model image analysis in weDocs, and the React CV-analysis interface in WP ERP recruitment; serving 10,000+ paying customers and 35,000+ active installs. Led the React UI revamp of the WordPress product line: rebuilt WP ERP's HRM admin from Vue to React on a new erp/v2 REST API, extended its HR Frontend self-service module with documents, permissions, head-count reporting and termination flows, restyled WP Project Manager onto a shared design system, and shipped dark mode, RTL/Arabic localization and accessibility across free and pro modules. Migrated WP User Frontend to React against Figma designs, covering the settings screen, form builder and all ten post and registration templates, with a Pro user directory offering faceted filtering, member tags and shareable filtered views. Rebuilt weDocs, the AI-powered documentation and knowledge-base product: admin analytics dashboard, FAQ section and shortcode, selectable docs URL structure, GDPR handling for user-submitted feedback, and docs inside the Dokan vendor dashboard. Built two Laravel and Inertia/React SaaS products from scratch. Sellbuddy (sellbuddy.co): multi-tenant storefronts with a template and theme editor and per-shop RTL localization. FlyForms (flyforms.co): a form builder with workspace tenancy, plan entitlements and usage metering, a conditional-logic engine, response analytics and embeddable forms. Own release engineering for the plugin line: cut 47 of 129 tagged releases in 12 months and built the pipelines behind them, including a 10up GitHub Actions deploy to the WordPress.org SVN repository, plan-zip builds with artifact verification, a Vue and React build that blocks deployment unless every bundle compiles, and Playwright suites sharded across CI matrix jobs; also built FlyHR end to end and carried it solo through the WordPress.org review to publication.

Shipped the AI Form Builder in WP User Frontend Pro: natural-language generation of post and registration forms, a template library, provider settings with model selection and key masking, and AI integrations for WooCommerce, EDD and The Events Calendar, for 10,000+ paying customers. Rebuilt the User Directory module on a hook-based architecture with six layouts, shortcode profiles and role-scoped action links, added seven login-form layouts and the SEO Settings module on a Tailwind rebuild. Extended billing with recurring payments, paid guest-post forms and invoice email templates. Onboarded onto weDocs, WP ERP and WP Project Manager and shipped in each, including a full Vue to React rebuild of the WP ERP HR Frontend module. Owned security work across the suite: patched a SQL injection in WP Project Manager, a broken access control in WP ERP and a shortcode-execution flaw across every WPUF custom field.

Part-time from April 2025 alongside the weDevs role. Redesigned the backend architecture and REST APIs, reducing average API response time by 10% to 20%, and shipped a public Developer API. Built the AI content pipeline: summary detail-level and tone modes across summaries, audio and translation, mind-map generation, timestamped transcripts with in-app editing, ingestion via yt-dlp and a YouTube scraper with transcript fallback, Azure OpenAI alongside bring-your-own-key paths, and GPT-5 model variants. Hardened the queue and job layer with Redis locks on video sync jobs and fixes for closure-serialization and lock-acquisition failures. Added Grafana metrics and a streak-reward feature to the admin dashboard. Integrated Next.js frontends with Laravel backends.

Built the AI Form Builder in WP User Frontend from the ground up: natural-language generation of post and registration forms, a predefined-template library, pluggable LLM providers with model and temperature settings, and AI integrations for WooCommerce, EDD and The Events Calendar. Revamped WPUF's front-end on a Tailwind rebuild: a hook-based User Directory with six layouts and role-scoped action links, seven login-form layouts, the SEO Settings module, and recurring payments with paid guest-post forms and invoice emails. Built the retrieval layer for the weDocs AI SaaS: migrated it to PostgreSQL with pgvector and wrote the embedding and vector-search services, covering per-tenant embedding tables, IVFFlat cosine indexes, content-hash change detection to skip re-embedding, and chat completions answered over the retrieved context. Onboarded onto three more products: a 7-level drag-and-drop documentation hierarchy and AI image analysis in weDocs, a React onboarding flow and a full Vue-to-React rebuild of the HR Frontend employee self-service module in WP ERP, and GitHub two-way sync with a Summary Reports overhaul in WP Project Manager, accelerating release cycles by 10%–20%. Owned security and standards work across the suite: patched a SQL injection and a sensitive-data exposure in WP Project Manager, a broken access control in WP ERP, a shortcode-execution and capability-check vulnerability across every WPUF custom field, and unrestricted documentation editing in weDocs.

Built WCStudio, a complete SaaS platform for WordPress website building, from scratch using Laravel, including snapshot management, server configuration, and server-management functionality comparable to FlyWP and XCloud. Integrated Next.js frontends with Laravel backends across client projects.

Built ERP solutions used by enterprise clients for retail decision-making, including production modules, CRM and real-time gold price integrations. Developed multi-branch Hotel Management System APIs with branch-to-main server synchronisation for centralised control across locations. Built Restora POS APIs enabling centralised operations across multiple restaurant branches, with Arabic and RTL support. Customised a bus reservation platform and delivered medical reporting features for Lavender Clinics, improving operational efficiency for clinic staff.

Customized and shipped seven white-label enterprise products for overseas clients, taking commercial Laravel and CodeIgniter platforms and rebuilding them around each client's operation. Delivered a multi-branch hospital and clinic system over 15 months (Lavender World Medical Clinics, Saudi Arabia): Arabic RTL interface, branch-scoped accounts, asset accounting, scheduled jobs, medical notes and reporting. Built GOLD Business ERP with Production and CRM modules and real-time gold price integration for retail pricing decisions. Customized restaurant and POS platforms across three deployments (Restora POS, Al Kebab and a Laravel rebuild): chart of accounts, voucher approval workflows, Excel report exports, and full Arabic and RTL localization. Built a bus reservation and ticketing system on the Bus365 platform, covering payment handling, ticket date logic and multilingual support. Developed a multi-branch hotel accounts module with branch-to-main server synchronization for centralized control across locations.
