As a Senior Web Instructor at Programming Hero, I lead advanced MERN stack sessions, focusing on scalable system design and production-grade application architecture. My role involves reviewing and optimizing thousands of code submissions, designing full-stack project blueprints, and mentoring junior instructors to uphold best practices. I also conduct live debugging sessions to resolve complex frontend and backend production issues.
With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from National University, Bangladesh, and ongoing pursuit of an MBA, I combine technical expertise with a strong academic foundation. My core competencies include Next.js, communication, and coaching, which align with my passion for empowering developers and driving impactful learning experiences.
